When assembling the toy storage we find it best to install it with the item on its side.
Start by assembling one corner at a time.
After assembly of the frame, the cord can be routed through the bottom to create a "floor" or just routed through the sides.
The cord will have to be tightened to your desired tightness. This will vary by the toys in the bin and how easily you want them to come out.
